Your package includes your admission and all collateral associated with the specific training. You will receive a notepad or workbook for taking notes. Day one and two include lunch on-site. Snacks, coffee, tea, soda, and bottled water are provided throughout the day. Hand sanitizer is readily available for each participant.

Transportation to and from JLS Sales Academy and lodging costs are not included.  

The closest airport is Akron/Canton (CAK). It is located approximately 15 minutes from JLS Sales Academy. Cleveland (CLE) airport is located approximately 1 hour from Canton.

The are numerous hotels in Canton. JLS Sales Academy is located in the Belden Village area. We do have discounted rates available with the Holiday Inn at Belden Village. When your make your reservation notify them that you are with JLS. Their phone number is 330-494-2770 and the address is 4520 Everhard Rd NW, Canton, OH 44718. The Holiday Inn is located less than 5 minutes from JLS Sales Academy.

The door opens at 8:30 AM and the training begins at 9:00 AM. Depending on the number of questions and discussions the day typically ends between 4-4:30

You do not need to bring anything specific. Everything you need for the training will be provided.

The VIP Experience is a welcome reception the night before the training starts. This will include food and cocktails. It is a great way to meet other attendees. Each VIP will receive a special VIP gift.

We are located at 4884 Higbee Ave NW. Canton, OH 44718. We are directly across the street from the Gabriel Cancer Center. The training facility is located in the first building.

Interpretation

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 7 days without giving any reason on any virtual training module as long as none of the course material was opened or viewed. There is a 10% cancellation fee.

You can cancel or reschedule any in-person training up to 20 days prior to the event date. There is a 50% cancellation fee. The cancellation fee can be applied to the purchase price of other offers with JLS Sales Academy within six months following the cancellation date. There is a 100% cancellation fee if an in-person event is cancelled within 19 days of the event date. The cancellation fee can be applied to the purchase price of other offers with JLS Sales Academy within six months following the cancellation date. There is no charge for rescheduling an in-person event.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the cancellation. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
